Workers have been barred from working in the open from June 1 to September 15, according to a decision made by Qatar’s labor ministry. It is forbidden to work in the open field from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm due to the heat waves as stated by the Embassy of Nepal in Qatar.
In case of violating the decision, a complaint can be lodged with the Ministry of Labor of Qatar.
As summer is extremely hot in the Gulf countries it can be very dangerous. From June to August, highs are around 42/43 C and lows around 30/32 ° C.
