Munindra Jung Gurung of the Nepali Congress has been elected to the Provincial Assembly (1) of Manang. He defeated Rajan Bahadur Gurung of CPN (UML) by a margin of 330 votes.

Gurung got 1 thousand 255 votes. The election officer‘s office said that the defeated Gurung got 925 votes.

Rajiv Gurung ‘Deepak Manange’ has already been unopposed in the State Assembly (2).
