Chairman of CPN-Maoist Center Pushpa Kamal Dahal has won in Gorkha District No. 2 of the House of Representatives by a huge margin.
Dahal won with 26,103 votes, while his nearest rival Kavindra Burlakoti of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party got 12,637 votes. CPN-UML‘s Abdus Miya got 7,393 votes.
