A 20-year-old pregnant resident of Dhakari rural municipality, Achham district, was immediately referred to the Provincial Hospital, Surkhet for further treatment under the President’s Woman Upliftment Program. She was rescued by a Nepali army helicopter and taken to Surkhet.
