The House of Representatives’ meeting will be held at 1:00 pm. In the meeting, the proposal to consider the bill to amend the law on money laundering and the report of the House of Representatives Rules Drafting Committee will be presented.
According to Bharat Raj Gautam, Chitra Bahadur KC, Chairman of the House of Representatives Rules Drafting Committee, will report in today’s meeting.
Similarly, Minister of Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs Dhruba Bahadur Pradhan has a possible agenda to submit a proposal to consider the Bill to amend some laws related to the prevention of money laundering and promotion of the business environment.
The meeting of the House of Representatives is being held on Tuesday. In the meeting, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba will present the ‘Annual Progress Report of the National Dalit Commission, 2076/77’.
In this meeting, the main opposition party CPN-UML has stated that it will not allow the parliament to function until the information of 14 lawmakers, including Madhav Nepal, who was charged with violating the whip, is leaked.
