Self-Employment Fund to create 95k employment

The Youth and Small Entrepreneur Self-Employment Fund reported that it has created employment for more than 95,000 people within 14 years of its establishment.

According to the financial statement released by the fund on the occasion of entering its 15th year, the fund’s investment during this period has reached 12 billion 93 crore rupees and the number of self-employed people is 95 thousand 161.

The fund has also stated that the fund’s investment is 4 billion 246 million rupees. 3 billion 83 crore 8 lakh rupees have been invested from the fund under the heading loans. At present, the fund has 800 million 18 million towards the reserve amount (income).

The number of cooperatives invested by the fund is 2,657, while the number of banks and financial institutions invested is 40. So far 42 thousand 563 businessmen have received orientation training from the fund and 8,440 businessmen have received skill training from the fund.
