Supermai Hydropower Limited has opened the Initial Public Offering (IPO) sale of securities from Monday. The company is going to issue the IPO for the general public after obtaining the labor approval from the local residents of the project-affected areas and the relevant agencies of the government and distributing the IPO for the Nepalis who are employed abroad.
The company had received approval from the Nepal Securities Board to issue 500,000 shares. Similarly, 25,000 shares were reserved for collective investment funds and 10,000 shares were reserved for the company's employees, and the remaining 4,15,000 ordinary shares were opened for sale to the general public.
In the IPO, applications can be made for a minimum of 10 shares to a maximum of 20,000 shares.
Sanima Capital Limited is the share issue and selling manager for the company's IPO issue.
