A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a collision with a pushcart near Shankha Park in Kathmandu today.
33-year-old Prakash Dulal, a resident of Melamchi Municipality of Sindhupalchok and currently living in Kathmandu, was seriously injured in the accident.
According to the police, he is being treated at the University Teaching Hospital in Maharajganj.
At around 3 o'clock this morning, the motorcycle, which was going from the chappal factory towards Sukedhara, collided with a pushcart going in the same direction.
Similarly, 2 people were seriously injured when a Bolero jeep met with an accident in Tapli rural municipality 5 Ranite of Udaipur.
21-year-old Pravin Mall, the driver of the jeep, and 39-year-old Lal Bahadur Sunuwar, who were riding in the jeep, were injured when it fell down about 300 meters from the road at 10 am.
Both the injured have been sent to Katari Hospital for treatment.
