The symbol is a blue background in a circle, with the word 'public toilet' written in white in Nepali at the top. In the middle, there is a white sign for men and women. At the bottom of the sign is written 'Public Toilet' in English. According to the party, the public can use the toilet on the basis of the sign.

As per the agreement, about 200 toilets will come into operation. In which 100 have been marked and others are also being marked. In collaboration with business organizations that have shown interest in bringing it into public use, Kathmandu Metropolitan City is about to bring 250 toilets into public use. The organization will be responsible for the maintenance and sanitation of the toilets provided in this way. One representative from each side has been appointed to monitor the condition of the toilets. The metropolis has stated that they will prepare and submit the report every four months.
