Nepal Chamber of Commerce (NCC) has provided necessary medical supplies to various government hospitals in Kathmandu valley. NCC President Rajendra Malla along with other executives of the chamber handed over PPE sets, face masks, surgical gloves, hand sanitiser and paracetamol along with other medical supplies to the hospitals today.
The medical supplies were provided to Sukraraj Tropical and Infectious Disease Hospital, Teku and the Emergency Ward of Teaching Hospital in Maharajgunj. Similarly, the chamber also donated medical supplies to Radha Swami Oxygen Therapy Isolation Centre in Gongabu.
To help stop the spread of the second wave of the coronavirus in the country, Nepal Chamber has been doing the necessary through Nepal Chamber COVID-19 Central Management Committee. The committee is headed by the chamber’s Vice President Deepak Kumar Malhotra.
Meanwhile, NCC President Malla informed that preparations are being made to soon provide oxygen and oxygen concentrators to government hospitals.
