Nepse index continues to decline

The Nepse index, which measures stock trading in the stock market, has declined even today. According to the Nepal Stock Exchange, the NEPSE index fell by 31.76 points to reach 2,275.68. Similarly, the Sensitive Index, which measures the trading volume of large companies, declined by 4.90 points to 436.88.

A total of 3.6 million two thousand 848 shares of 233 companies were bought and sold at a price of Rs 1.26 billion. After Wednesday's trading, the market capitalization stood at Rs. 3237.49 billion.

According to Nepse, shares of all the 13 subgroups traded have declined. Banking 13.23, Trade 43.07, Hotel and Tourism 40.98, Development Bank 87.63, Hydropower 59.93, Finance 34.19, Non-Life Insurance 210.82, Production 44.57, Other 31.39, Microfinance Life insurance declined by 53.59 points, life insurance by 286.82 points, collective investment fund by 0.07 points and investment by 1.07 points.

Today, Arun Valley Hydropower Company tops the list in terms of turnover. The company had a turnover of Rs. 45.896 million. Himalayan Distillery with a turnover of Rs. Succeeded in falling.

According to Nepse, the share price of Jalpa Community Microfinance rose by 9.99 percent, triggering a positive circuit. Similarly, investors in Barun Hydropower 4.45, NIC Asia Select Fund 2.35, Sanima Bank Bonds 1.91 and Siddhartha Investment Growth Fund II gained 1.88 percent.

Similarly, investors in Green Venture Limited lost 9.36 percent, Union Hydropower 5.77 percent, Saptakoshi Development Bank 5.38 percent, National Hydropower 5.36 percent and Buddhabhumi Nepal Hydropower 5.35 percent.
