The appeal of the former captain of the Nepali cricket team Sandeep Lamichhane in the Patan High Court has been adjourned.
The payment scheduled for Thursday has been postponed by Lamichhane's legal practitioner. The District Court of Kathmandu ordered that Lamichhane be kept in custody for a preliminary investigation into the coercion case. On appeal against the said order, the payment has been adjourned. The case was assigned to the bench of two judges Rajyalakshmi Bajracharya and Narishwar Bhandari.
The payee was fixed twice before.
