KATHMANDU: The minimum temperature in Kathmandu Valley, which had already been the coldest this year, dropped even further this morning (Friday).
At 5:45 am, the temperature in the valley was recorded at 3.4 degrees Celsius, which decreased to 3.1 degrees Celsius by 8:45 am.
According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, this marks the lowest temperature recorded in Kathmandu so far this year.
Meanwhile, Jumla recorded the coldest temperature today, reaching minus 7 degrees Celsius (-7°C).
