Two schoolgirls have died after being hit by a tipper at Melamchi Chowk in Sundarijal of Gokarneshwor Municipality-1. Rohan Ghising's daughters Shrishti and Shreya, who were studying at the local World Youth International School, were killed by a tipper at around 8.30 this morning.
According to the police, Ghising was hit by a tipper (Ba 4 Kha 6965) while he was taking his two daughters to school on a motorcycle. Ghising was also seriously injured in the incident, police said. The driver is accused of backing the tipper and running over both the daughters. The injured Ghising is undergoing treatment at Nepal Medical College, Attarkhel.
