Vote counting in 10 places for Kathmandu

According to the district election office, the counting of votes will take place in 10 constituencies of Kathmandu at 10 different places. Wire mesh and CCTV cameras have been installed at all the stations for security.

For the Kathmandu area, No. 1 the vote counting will take place at the center of the International Conference. District Election Officer Thakur Prasad Bhattarai informed that the counting of votes in area number 2 will be held at Radhakrishna Mandir Thali, at Chamunda School, Jorpati for area number 3, and at National Senior Citizen Federation for area number 4.

Similarly, area no. 5 at Shree Samaj Bhawan in Tokha, area no. 6 in Dharamsthali and for no. 7. at the judo hall of Balaju.

Preparations have been made for the counting of votes for Region No. 8 at Gitamata School in Swayambhu, the counting of votes for Region No. 9 at the Nepal Tourism and Hotel Management Institute, and the counting of votes for Region No. 10 at Smriti Bhavan of Tribhuvan University.

 Bhattarai said that the process of collecting the ballot boxes is going on and preparations are being made to start the counting of votes from today.
