First, add 60 ml white rum, 30 ml lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of sugar syrup in the blender with 3 ice cubes and blend until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, straining it through a tea strainer. Lastly, garnish it with a lemon wheel to add a classy touch to your cocktail.
In a shaker add mint leaves and lemon juice and muddle it gently. After that add gin and sugar syrup. Shake well with ice and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. For a polished look garnish your cocktail with a mint sprig.
