On the eve of Mahashivaratri and Army Day, the Nepal Army has conducted a free health camp at Bedkot Municipality-2 Jadepani in Kanchanpur.
A total of 555 local men and women have received health care from the health camp organized by Shridal Gulm Bhagatpur Barracks in Mahendranagar with the support of Bedkot Municipality. A team of ten doctors and health workers including Dr. Arjun Bhatt, Acting Medical Superintendent of Mahakali Provincial Hospital, Dr. Raksha Guragarin, No. 5 FIA under the Army's No. 5 Brigade, provided services, said Gulmapati Fighter Bhishma KC.
"The camp has been organized on the occasion of Army Day with the support of the municipality, health office, Mahakali Hospital and other agencies," he said. He informed that 364 women and 191 men received health services from the health camp. Locals have expressed their gratitude to the army after receiving health care in their backyard
