The identities of the three who died in a tipper accident on the Mid-Hills Highway in Lamjung this afternoon have been revealed. Four persons, including a driver, were killed when a tipper heading towards Palika-7 from Bhorletar in central Nepal met with an accident.
The deceased have been identified as Rabindra Sedai, 24, of Gorkha Municipality-12, Uttam Neupane, 45, of Tanahu Beas Municipality-7 and Paras Shah, 22, of Kamakh village in Salyan district, said Regmi.
The driver of the vehicle, Akash Ghimire, 27, of Gajuri village in Dhading district, had been identified earlier. According to police, the tipper fell 30 meters from the road due to the narrow road and heavy load.
Police and locals rescued them. According to Inspector Regmi, all of them are working on the Mid-Hills Highway in Central Nepal. The bodies of the four have been taken to Damauli Hospital in Tanahu for autopsy, police said.
