An agreement has been signed between China's Chongqing Three Groups Vocational College and Madan Bhandari Foundation. An agreement has been reached to cooperate in the field of educational development, scientific education study and skill-based research.
CPN (UML) Standing Committee Member and Head of Foreign Affairs Department Rajan Bhattarai informed that there is a five-point agreement to establish a training center for educational development, conduct study and technical program projects.
The agreement was signed on behalf of the foundation by Tuka Hamal, the central member of the foundation, who is also the president of the All Nepal Women's Association, and Li Geo Kuang, the head of the Chongqing Three Groups Vocational College.
In the meeting held between CPN (UML) General Secretary Shankar Pokharel and Chinese Communist Party Politburo member Yuan Jiajun, there was a discussion about exchanging experience, skills, ideas and knowledge with each other.
According to the agreement, educational development, scientific research and study promotion programs will be conducted for rural re-establishment with the help of the college. Similarly, Chongqing Three Universities Vocational College will support Nepali students, teachers and researchers for study and research. According to the agreement, people-to-people academic exchange programs will be conducted through the establishment of the China-Nepal Joint Research Center for People-to-People Exchange.
