Bills related to food hygiene and quality, the Public Service Commission and the annual report of the Election commission has been tabled in the National Assembly meeting.
Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Gyanendra Bahadur Karki, on behalf of the Prime Minister, presented the bill entitled 'Food Hygiene and Quality 2077 BS' in the meeting.
Moreover, Minister Karki tabled the Annual Report of the Election Commission for 2066/77 BS.
NA secretary Rajendra Phuyal tabled the bill on Public Service Commission 2075 BS with the suggestions received from the House of Representatives (HoR).
Meanwhile, lawmakers in the Upper House have voiced to manage the anti-COVID-19 vaccines to the vulnerable and target groups and also to immediately bring the factual report of the Darchula Tuin incident.
Similarly, lawmakers Dr Bimala Rai, Tulasa Kumari Dahal, Pramila Kumari, Udaya Sharma Poudel, Sumitra BC and Bhairav Sundar Shrestha have demanded action against the culprit of the Darchula incident.
