Medical Superintendent at the District Hospital, Dr. Madhukar Dahal, said dengue was confirmed in 11 patients who visited the hospital on Tuesday alone.
Dengue patients have started increasing at a time when the number of people suffering from cold, cough, and fever has also increased in the hospital.
Out of the patients, who visited the hospital in July/August and to date, dengue was confirmed in 114 people. A total of 11 dengue patients have been receiving treatment. A dengue patient lost his life in the District Hospital in course of treatment.
