Dengue patients have started increasing in the Dhading district. During the last one month, 49 dengue patients have been identified in the district. Among the patients who came for examination, 46 people were diagnosed with dengue in Dhading Hospital, two in Gajuri Primary Health Center and one in Salyantar Primary Health Center.
As the number of dengue patients infected by the bite of female mosquitoes started increasing, it has been requested not to collect water in containers that can freeze water, such as pots, vases, empty baskets, empty drums, or tires that are not working. Dr Madhukar Dahal, Medical Superintendent of Dhading Hospital, has requested to come to the health institution in case of fever, vomiting or symptoms of dengue to avoid mosquitoes.
