The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation has formed an accident investigation commission to investigate the Tara Air plane crash.
The ministry has formed a five-member accident investigation commission headed by senior aeronautical engineer Ratish Chandra Lal Suman, the ministry said in a statement. The members of the commission are Captain Dipu Jwarchan, Senior Maintenance Engineer Upendra Lal Shrestha, Senior Meteorologist Maniratna Shakya and Joint Secretary of the Ministry Buddhisagar Lamichhane.
