CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that continuous attacks are taking place on federal democratic republic.
Releasing a book 'Bikalpa: Samata, Samajwad Ra Mukta Duniya' (Alternative: Equity, Socialism and Emancipated World) written by CPN (Maoist Centre) leader Ram Karki 'Parth', the PM said that a review is needed to ascertain whether the existing crises of the country are recent ones or the result of the past.
"The issue is serious whether the current crisis is the rightist move's outcome or the outcome of the leftists. Marxism should be understood as a path of scientific and ideological reforms not as a theology and dogma," according to the PM.
On the occasion, the PM ruled out the allegations by some terming the People's War as a wrong move and violent act and cautioned the party leaders to that end.
Saying that shedding light on philosophy, politics and social revolution is not an easy job, the PM argued that the result of the revolution is always advancing to the right path defeating the counter-revolution.
He also asked the revolutionaries to rise above the mentality that revolution once will remain for always.
On the occasion, PM led emphasis on a fair assessment on the good performance of the party and the government and sought supports for the government's interventions on economic development activities.
The PM was of the view that the government was moving ahead with a firm determination for social justice, good-governance and fight against corruption.
Likewise, writer of the book, Ram Karki, said that the path of simplicity should be followed by the communist party leaders.
On the occasion, commentator Jhalak Subedi said that the book has highlighted the country's governance and ongoing activities taking place in the country.
Published by Bookhill, the book has chronicled the issues from the peace process to the split of the CPN.
