CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli has said that the importance of cooperative organizations should be spread at the grassroots level.
At a programme organized at UML's central office on Sunday, Oli said that the significance of cooperative organizations should be shared to the farmers in the villages.
On the occasion, Oli shared that we should opt for mass production to shake off poverty and added that the have-nots should be made the owners of cooperative organizations. "The poor should be made the partner of a cooperative organisation based on his/her labour. Ownership of the family and individual should be ensured in the cooperative organization," Oli added.
Chairman Oli argued that the country's politics was divided either in the national politics and guided politics adding that his party stands for national politics.
Likewise, he asked the banks and financial institutions not to auction the properties of the entrepreneurs adding that they are at the receiving end due to several reasons including the coronavirus infection. "The economy is in shambles. The entrepreneurs lack capital for operation. The industries have ceased to produce at the midst of their operation. The banks should not auction the properties at such a time. The banks should give time for improvement and should ensure more loans for the operation of businesses," Oli added.
