Province No. 1 requested to be named 'Kirat Sagarmatha'

Province No. 1 has been urged to be named as 'Kirat Sagarmatha' in a way that is acceptable to all communities. A great Emphasis has been laid on naming the state 'Kirat Sagarmatha'.

Dilli Ram Chamling, the personal spokesperson of the religious leader, said that Kirat was excellent in all aspects of nature, geography and culture, so it will provide a sense of belongingness to all the people of the state. Dasharath Rumdali of Kirat Rai Samaj expressed the view that it would be better to have a joint name of Kirat and the highest peak of the together.
