The Office started recording statements of former Deputy Prime Minister Top Bahadur Rayamajhi after the statement with Khand was stopped. Rayamajhi, accused of involvement in a fake Bhutanese refugees scam, was remanded to judicial custody for three days today itself for investigation.

Chief of the Office, Joint Attorney General Achyut Mani Neupane said, "The statement from former Home Minister Khand was stopped after he informed that he was not feeling well while the statement was being recorded. So a statement with former DPM Rayamajhi was started."
