Mukul Pandey, 21, of Bhimdatta Municipality-15, Nimbukheda, was found dead in a hotel room, said DSP Chakra Bahadur Shah of the District Police Office, Kanchanpur.
According to him, the police has been mobilized at the spot. "The hotel is now sealed off and an investigation is under way," he said.
The relatives of the deceased have pelted stones at the hotel after receiving information about the incident.
