The Election Commission has constituted a five-member bench to resolve the dispute of Janata Samajbadi Party-Nepal (JSP). The bench is led by CEC Dinesh Kumar Thapaliya.

Accordingly, the EC has decided to invite both the warring factions of the party for a discussion on July 18, said EC spokesperson Raj Kumar Shrestha. Both the factions have been claiming official ownership over the party.
