NC's Rathaur wins HoR seat from Banke 3

Nepali Congress's Kishor Singh Rathaur was elected the House of Representatives member from Banke constituency 3. He received 29,040 votes while his nearest rival CPN (UML)'s Kismat Kumar Kakchhyapati 24,247.
