Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has arrived in Chitwan. Deuba has come to Chitwan to address the 10th National General Convention of the CPN-UML.
Deuba, who is also the president of the Nepali Congress, arrived here by helicopter only a short time ago. According to Chief District Officer Asaman Tamang, Deuba landed at the Junior Police Officer's School in Bharatpur at 12:45 pm. In a few moments, he will reach the venue on the bank of the Narayani River. He will return today after addressing the inauguration ceremony of the General Convention. Representatives of political parties from different countries have come here along with the leaders and representatives of other parties to address the General Convention.
According to the CPN-UML, a video message has been received from the Chinese Communist Party, while political parties from different countries have sent congratulatory messages.
