UML's victory in Fikal of Sindhuli

CPN-UML's Parvati Sunuwar and Raju Baral have been elected as the chairperson and vice-chairperson of Fikal village municipality respectively.

Sunuwar got 4,062 votes and Baral got 4,256 votes. Sunuwar's nearest rival Nirpa Bahadur Bhujel of the Nepali Congress got 4,017 votes and Baral's nearest rival Lokendra Bahadur Karki of the CPN (Maoist Center) got 3,426 votes.

UML has won in four of the six wards of Fikal, Maoist Center in one and Congress in one.
