Pubudu Dasanayake arrived in Nepal today to take charge of the training of the Nepali national men's cricket team. He was welcomed at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) by officials of the Nepal Cricket Association (CAN). Only a few days ago, CAN re-appointed him as his coach.
Pubudu was the head-coach of the team from 2011 to 2015.
He was the coach of Nepal who played in the T20 World Cup for the first time and is also said to be the most successful coach of Nepali cricket.
In 2014, Nepal played its first T20 World Cup and won the title from Division 4 to 3 under Pubudu's coach.
