Located along the border of Anbukhaireni Rural Municipality-2 and 4 in Tanahun, 'Ainapahara' is being developed as a model tourism destination of the Gandaki province.
Ainapahara located nearby the Prithvi Highway is being developed as a tourism hub. As part of the plan, artistic statues and structures are being carved out on the natural rock mountain and stone found in Ainapahara.
Engineer at Anbukhaireni rural municipality, Pankaj Magar shared that a task of carving elephant-sized idols on a rock nearby a fall in Ainapahara is underway. Attractive idols of gods and goddesses will be sculptured on naturally-located rocks and stones in the area.
The rural municipality has contracted out an agreement of over Rs 11.3 million in the current fiscal year to develop the areas as a tourism hub.
Works are being expedited in a way to bring the tourism area into operation from the coming Dashain festival, it is informed.
The physical infrastructure of the park has witnessed over 60 percent work progress.
