Biratnagar Airport has resumed its service from this morning. The airport was waterlogged from Tuesday due to torrential rain on October 18 and 19.
Resultantly, all flights from and to the airport were halted. The timetable for operating flights is from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm as repair is underway, said Utsab Kharel, chief of the civil aviation office at the airport.
Buddha Air has been operating nine flights a day from the airport, Yeti Airlines is operating five, Saurya Airlines and Shree Airlines are operating four each, and Guna Airlines is operating one.
