A suspension bridge has been constructed to connect the religious, cultural, and tourist areas in Lalitpur Municipal Corporation Ward No. 22. The suspension bridge was inaugurated by the minister for energy, water resources, and irrigation, Pampha Bhusal.

The length of the bridge is 135 meters. The construction of the bridge has been completed at a cost of Rs. 79.76 million. The suspension bridges in the valley have been a tourist attraction. It is believed that the construction of the bridge connecting Karyabinayak and Machhindra Bahal will help in the promotion of double tourism.

As there was no bridge at that place, it was difficult for tourists to reach Karyabinayak and Machhindrabahal. With the construction of the bridge, it has become possible to reach both places in a short period of time. According to the locals, the construction of the bridge will facilitate the internal and external tourists to visit both places.

With the increase in tourism activities in the region, the arrival of foreign tourists will help in the globalization of Nepal's handicrafts, woodwork, and sculpture. The bridge has been constructed under the initiative of Minister Bhusal from the budget under the local infrastructure development program.

Minister Bhusal expressed confidence that the bridge connecting religious and tourist centers would help in the preservation of Nepal's handicrafts, woodwork, and sculpture. He said that the suspension bridge would also prove to be a cornerstone in the promotion of external and internal tourism. Minister Bhusal urged the locals to launch the 'One House, One Tourist' campaign targeting internal and external tourists.

"As well as generating income, it also helps in the promotion of Nepal's art and culture. It also helps in the marketing of local products," he said.

Ward Chairman of Ward No. 22, Ambir Raj Shakya, said that the bridge was constructed realizing the need to connect two tourist places that are religiously and culturally prosperous. He thanked the government for supporting the aspirations of the locals.
