The meeting of the Council of Ministers held today has appointed Basant Kunwar as the new Inspector General of Police of Nepal Police.

The Council of Ministers is meeting today to decide on the appointment of the Inspector General of Police (IGP).

Insignia has been conferred to five Additional Inspectors General of the Nepal Police.

The provincial police hospital has been established at Belbari Municipality-3 in Morang district in Province 1. Inspector General of Police Dhiraj Pratap Singh inaugurated the 15-bed hospital amid a function here.
