KATHMANDU: Gold and silver prices have experienced a significant increase in the Nepali market today.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, the price of gold has risen by Rs 2,300 per tola, reaching Rs 169,800 per tola. Just the day before, gold was traded at Rs 167,500 per tola.
Similarly, silver prices have also gone up, reaching Rs 1,965 per tola today, compared to Rs 1,930 per tola on Wednesday.
The price hike is attributed to fluctuations in the international market, which have influenced local trading rates.
With global uncertainties continuing, investors and traders are closely watching the market, as gold remains a popular investment choice.
