KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index has dropped by 11.10 points today to settle at 2,654.35.
According to the NEPSE, along with the decline in the index, the trading volume has also decreased compared to Wednesday.
On Thursday, 15.1 million 4 thousand 333 shares of 318 companies were bought and sold. Out of which, a transaction worth 7 billion 857 million 7792 thousand 326 rupees was traded.
While the share prices of 86 companies increased today, 149 companies decreased, while the share prices of eight companies remained stable. The share prices of Community Microfinance Institutions, Corporate Development Bank and Sikles Hydropower have entered a positive circuit.
In addition, the share prices of Super Madi Hydropower and Mandakini Hydropower have entered a negative circuit.
