Dairy Development Corporation (DDC) has decided to increase the price of milk by Rs 9 per liter. With the price hike, the price of a liter of milk has reached Rs 85.

The board meeting of the corporation on Wednesday decided to fix the new price, said a board source.

On Wednesday, the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development had given permission to the corporation to increase the price of milk.
