Procurement monitoring office demands clarification

The Public Procurement Monitoring Office has asked eight builders and supplier companies for clarifications for the second time.

The companies that haven't worked as per the contract agreement have been asked to submit a written explanation within seven days if there is any reason why they should not be blacklisted.

 According to the Public Procurement Monitoring Office, the property construction service of Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City-11 Makwanpur, Siruwa-Kavir-Sunkosi JV of Kathmandu, Muskan Suppliers of Parsa Jankitol-4, Ritual Construction of Baneshwar-10, Siruwa Construction Company Pvt. Correspondence was sent to the procurement monitoring office from various agencies to blacklist these builders and suppliers. Based on the same letter, the procurement monitoring office had already issued a notice to submit a written explanation within 30 days if there is any evidence that it should not be blacklisted.

But since these companies have not submitted a written explanation so far, they been asked for the explanation a second time.

A written explanation has been requested from these companies that do not work according to the contract agreement within seven days. The office said that if the explanation is not satisfactory, it will be blacklisted.
