Xiaomi opens authorised service centre in Butwal

Strengthens its after-sales service network with centres in major cities

Xiaomi, a global technology leader, has announced the opening of its latest authorised service centre in Butwal.

Xiaomi, a global technology leader, has announced the opening of its latest authorised service centre in Nepal, situated in Singh Complex, Ram Mandir Line, Butwal. Other service centres are located in Pokhara, Nepalgunj ,Narayanghat, Itahari, Dhangadhi and Kathmandu.

Xiaomi as a brand has showcased diligent efforts to build and maintain the highest benchmarks towards quality and process and the expansion of the after-sales service network in Nepal marks a significant step towards the same.

Marking the occasion, Sourabh Kothari, Country General Manager - Nepal, Xiaomi shared, “At Xiaomi, we are truly focused towards making innovation accessible to everyone. The launch of these service centres has witnessed an increase in the use of authorised products in the user community in Nepal. A substantial decline in the turnaround time of service and better accessibility are instrumental in showcasing the commitment of the brand to the Mi Fans in Nepal.

Following the launch, Xiaomi Nepal will be providing free servicing on all Xiaomi products. Even customers who do not have the warranty card can benefit from this for a week.
