Five members of the same family, including a two-day-old baby, have died in Lalitpur's Konjyosom Gaonpalika-4 Nallu. Four died inside the house and one is in critical condition, police said.
The deceased have been identified as Kainli Syangtan, 55, Ashish, 9, Sushma, 23, and Asma, 7. They were found dead inside their house this morning, police said. Two-day-old kid died during the treatment. Shubh Tamang, 22, is undergoing treatment at the hospital in critical condition.
A team of DSP's command has reached the spot including Lalitpur Police Chief Yagya Binod Pokhrel and a forensic doctor.
