A man committed suicide after killing wife, daughter and granddaughter

A man committed suicide by killing 3 people in Bhairabtol located in Nagarjun Municipality-6 of Kathmandu.

Raju Ghimire, who lives in Dudhkunda-10 of Solukhumbu and currently lives in Sitapaila, killed his wife, daughter and granddaughter.

After killing them, he committed suicide by hanging himself from a tree in Harishiddhi forest located in Nagarjuna-5, police said.

His wife Prem Kumari Shrestha, about 38 years old, daughter Anisha Shrestha, 8 years old, and granddaughter Shivana Shrestha, about 3 years old, were killed in the house where they lived.

Police are investigating the cause of the murder.
