Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi has paid a courtesy call on President Bidhyadevi Bhandari.
They discussed the age-old Nepal-China friendship. The President expressed confidence that such a visit would help further strengthen the multifaceted bilateral relations between Nepal and China since time immemorial.
He also expressed his heartfelt gratitude to China for its continuous support of Nepal's socio-economic development.
The Chinese distinguished guest, who arrived at the Presidential Palace, Sheetal Niwas, along with senior officials of his delegation, was welcomed by senior officials from the President's Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
