A case has been registered against cricketer Sandeep Lamichhane demanding 12 years of imprisonment.
On Tuesday, the government lawyer filed a case against Lamichhane in the district court of Kathmandu.
Lamichhane was arrested from the airport as soon as he arrived in Nepal for an investigation after a 17-year-old girl accused him of rape.
