Country director of the International Labour Organization (ILO) Dr. Richard Howard paid a courtesy call on Minister for Labour, Employment, and Social Security Sher Bahadur Kunwar today.
In the meeting held at the Ministry of Labour in Singha Durbar, Minister Kunwar informed the ILO official of the preparations the Ministry is doing regarding the proper justice to workers and creating employment opportunities within the country itself.
Extending gratitude to ILO for providing support to Nepal in systematizing the labor sector and the social security plan, he requested the continuity of this support in the coming days as well.
The ILO country director for Nepal, Dr. Howard expressed the ILO's continued support to Nepal for the security and justice of laborers and increased employment.
