PM Dahal to respond to MPs queries in HoR today
Kathmandu, Feb 18: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' is scheduled to respond to queries from MPs at the House of Representatives today.
The meeting of the lower house is underway. According to the Parliament Secretariat, the bill on 'Martyr Dasharath Chand University of Medical Sciences, 2080' which originated in the National Assembly will be presented in the HoR.
Likewise, Chairperson of the State Affairs and good governance committee, Ramhari Khatiwada, will submit the 'Report on Monitoring and Evaluation Bill, 2080. The proposal put forward by MP Prem Suwal to reject the Financial Procedures and Financial Liability (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2080 will also be presented for a decision today.
Furthermore, Finance Minister Dr Prakash Sharan Mahat will table a proposal seeking consideration on 'Banking Offenses and Punishment (Second Amendment) Bill, 2080'.
