In the grand finale, Dangol won the crown of the 18th edition of Miss Teen Nepal after beating other contestants.

Sushmita Adhikari became the first runner-up and Susjita Paudel the second runner-up in the competition.

Miss Teen received 30,000 cash with the crown, 20,000 for the first runner-up and 10,000 for the second runner-up
