Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal who arrived here today for an official visit to China held a meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping at Hongzhou City of China on Saturday.
Prime Minister Dahal has arrived in the city from New York of the United States on Saturday itself. The Asian Games is taking place in the city.
Minister for Sports and General Administration of the Chinese government and Chinese Olympic Committee Chairperson Gao Zhidan received Prime Minister Dahal.
Chinese President Xi has hosted a welcome banquet in honour of Prime Minister Dahal and his Nepali delegation.
A delegation level discussion was also held between Nepali and Chinese teams in the city. PM Dahal who will stay in China for a week is scheduled to arrive in Beijing from Hongzhou and have a bilateral meeting with the Chinese Prime Minister. ---
